This cosy 52sqm apartment features a bedroom with twin beds, an open living/kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed, and a separate bathroom. Ideal for 2 guests, it can accommodate up to 4 guests with the sofa bed. The living room boasts a dining table, sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV, while free wifi is available throughout. The bathroom includes a full-sized bath with an overhead shower and a heated towel rail. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a cooker/oven, large fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Step outside onto the large, private furnished balcony overlooking the iconic Staubbach falls and meadow, with a tranquil stream below. The one-room apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home in Brienz on picturesque Lake Brienz. We can accommodate 2 people. If necessary, an extra bed for a baby can be provided. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with 2 hotplates and a fridge as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower. A private small terrace with seating and a grill complete the offer. My place is close to the village center / top ski resort / Jungfraujoch Top of Europe (6-min walk to the train station) You'll love my place because it's bright and tastefully decorated.
