Welcome to our charming apartment nestled in the picturesque valley of Lauterbrunnen, offering easy access to the Bernese Oberland and Jungfrau Region for skiing and hiking adventures. This cosy 52sqm apartment features a bedroom with twin beds, an open living/kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed, and a separate bathroom. Ideal for 2 guests, it can accommodate up to 4 guests with the sofa bed. The living room boasts a dining table, sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV, while free wifi is available throughout. The bathroom includes a full-sized bath with an overhead shower and a heated towel rail. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a cooker/oven, large fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Step outside onto the large, private furnished balcony overlooking the iconic Staubbach falls and meadow, with a tranquil stream below. Guests have access to private laundry facilities, a shared games room, and a sauna (with a small charge) in the basement, along with storage for skis and ski boots. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Chalets "Alpstein", das nach Süden zu dem Eiger zeigt. Whirlpool Romantik!

Ländliche und romantische Wohngelegenheit! Die Räume sind gemütlich eingerichtet und haben einen separaten Eingang. Gratis Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Auf dem Grundstück hat es Hühner in einem Gehege, aber keinen Hahn ☺️ und in der Nachbarschaft hat es ab und zu Schafe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto in sieben Minuten erreichbar und die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Skigebiet ist vielfältig und gut zu erreichen.

Winter: A few minutes' walk from the house are snowshoe trails and a chairlift, which (only in good snow conditions!) invites you to ski and sled. (small, quiet ski area). My place is close to the village center / top ski resort / Jungfraujoch Top of Europe (6-min walk to the train station) You'll love my place because it's bright and tastefully decorated. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the chalet. From both bedrooms as well as from the living room you can access the two balconies and enjoy our wonderful mountains. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed, so the apartment can be occupied with a maximum of 6 people.
