Hello, we are Vlada and Vladimir and look forward to welcoming you! Our stylishly furnished 1-room flat with balcony and unobstructed view is quietly located in Feucht. You can walk to the town centre in 10 minutes; EDEKA and the train station can also be reached in 3 minutes. The S-Bahn (F.-Ost) takes you to Nuremberg in 17 minutes - perfect for a visit to the city. Feucht also offers great restaurants, hiking and cycling tours, e.g. to the Schwarzachklamm gorge. Sleeping under golden roofs; Messe-Nürnberg

Our host is in the center of the old town. With us you sleep under the golden roofs of Schwabach. The apartment offers a homely and cozy atmosphere on approx. 90 square meters. The rooms are equipped with real wood parquet, generous lighting and style. A full kitchen is available. Loading and unloading in front of the property is possible. Underground parking 1 euro per hour (first hour free), daily flat rate 8 euros. Restaurant directly below the apartment (Wed-Sat open from 5 pm)

The approx. 120 square meter loft is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-family house and stretches over 2 levels. The light-flooded, newly converted apartment offers plenty of space for couples, groups or families. The windows can be completely darkened by an external roller blind. Access is via the shared stairwell. TV, audio, Wi-Fi and wired Internet are available. There is also a selection of board games for all ages, books and DVDs. Simply ask for any other ideas/requests.

Our spacious house in a green and quiet suburb of Nuremberg is thanks to its convenient location very well suited for business trips as well as great holidays with sightseeing and excursions to the Franconian region.

In the middle of Schwabach in the historic town house

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.
