You can walk to the town centre in 10 minutes; EDEKA and the train station (F.-Ost) can also be reached in 3 minutes. The S-Bahn takes you to Nuremberg in 17 minutes - perfect for a visit to the city. Feucht also offers great restaurants, hiking and cycling tours, e.g. to the Schwarzachklamm gorge. The property is located 11 km from Nuremberg, 15 minutes by bus. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. Shops serving everyday needs, such as: Kaufland, Rewe, Lidl, Norma, pharmacy, gas station nearby. Sparkasse Bank is also within 2 minutes' walk. The covered roof terrace invites you to linger. The property is centrally located in the old town. In the house, on the first floor, there is an Italian restaurant, which is open until 10 pm.

You will live in a quiet, upscale residential area (30 km/h zone), always with enough parking spaces in the area. Nuremberg center or trade fair is about 15 minutes away, fields and forest can be reached in 5 minutes for walking, jogging or cycling. There are only 4 parties living in the house, all non-smokers and all appreciate the peace and quiet. It would be nice if you could appreciate this too.
