The bright 40 m² penthouse apartment is only 200 m from the town hall and is excellently connected to public transport: the train station, market, museums, restaurants and the theater are within easy walking distance. The apartment is located in the Häselburg Cultural Center and offers a modern shower room with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and sofa as well as a sleeping area. An elevator leads directly to the apartment. Ideal for 1–2 people; sofa bed for children available. The bed measures 1.80 × 2.00 m.

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.
