For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

In this calm and cosy studio you can relax at any time of the year - with up to four beds (double bed & pull-out couch), a modern bathroom with a large shower and a kitchenette equipped with the basics, you and your loved ones have all that you need. We use a self check-in system. A key is left in a key safe next to the apartment door, which gives you access to the studio.

On the 1st floor of a 600-year-old house is the quiet and cozy apartment located on the edge of the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is 400 m away. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between lies the street, the wall and our garden.
