Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

Je vindt ons huisje in Broek in Waterland. Het zit om de hoek van een bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Lekker buiten combineren met alles wat de stad te bieden heeft. Het guesthouse zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bv een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt. We hebben boven een 2 pers. bed en beneden een slaapbank.

Our beautiful boat is ready to take our guests on a nature trip through the lakes and surroundings. In winter the 17th century Vicarage and the lake glitter with ice and skating is in front of our doorstep. Our private Spa/Sauna & Massage treatments is open for our guests only. The perfect retreat to relax and enjoy just 11 minutes from the city of Amsterdam.

Architecture-built wooden detached villa at the edge of the woods. Experience ultimate freedom and take a dip in our private pool. Play a game of badminton, throw a dart arrow and eat in the garden without potters. Walk behind the woods in search of the foxes, deer, sperwers, geese and more..... Explore the beautiful setting. And if you want hustle and bustle, take the bus to Almere city or the train to the heart of Amsterdam. For longer stays, discountable, if necessary, negotiable.

Our beautiful spacious and bright corner house is located in the green and tranquility rural area of Amsterdam-North, in the picturesque village of Ransdorp.. An ideal base for visiting Amsterdam and for cycling or walking in the beautiful Dutch countryside. In about 15 minutes by car you are in the center of the city, and in 10 minutes there is the shopping center Buikslotermeerplein, and metro station Noord. Volendam, Edam and Marken are easily accessible. We only rent to family’s.

Rust en ruimte alom en Amsterdam binnen handbereik! Waking up in the quiet and charming village of Watergang at only 5 kilometers of Amsterdam? In the 'Farmhouse', an recently restored farmer's house built in 1880, you will find peace and quiet plus all that Amsterdam has to offer around the corner!

On the edge of the nature reserve "Varkensland", less than 15 minutes from Amsterdam, you will find our completely renovated guest house. A sunny two-story house overlooking the garden and the water. From this oasis of peace and quiet, you can discover this beautiful region, with historic towns such as Monnickendam and Marken. Amsterdam is also literally around the corner. The bus ride to Amsterdam takes 10 minutes. The bus leaves every 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

Cosy 2-bedroom appartment for couple with kids

This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

In the old center of characteristic and unique Broek in Waterland in a barn rebuilt in 2017 behind the farm. Entire private home with access (self check-in). Split-level with private garden. Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hanging and laying. WiFi available. There are two bikes (Veloretti) for rent, 10 per bike per day.

Watch the sun rise over the lake during a refreshing morning swim, and set over the vast meadows with a crackling fire. New front house on the Zeedijk in Uitdam overlooking the Markermeer and a garden overlooking the meadows. Suitable for 2 adults and two (young) children. The beautiful Uitdam is a stone's throw away from Amsterdam (20 minutes). Alternate a visit to the city with activities in nature such as hiking, cycling and water sports.

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
