Beautiful thatched cottage annexe on edge of farmland, with 3 double bedrooms (one adjoining), 2 ensuite bathrooms, beamed living/dining area, well equipped kitchen. King sized beds. Unrestricted access to beautiful large fenced and hedged garden set in 3 acres. Secluded outside dining area under a gazebo. 4 ring gas bbq and fire pit. Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Continental breakfast first day. Dogs welcome but not to be left unattended in property.

A calm, serene spot ideal for a quiet weekend away. Ideally located for a number of local wedding venues including Wasing Estate, The Old Mill, The Old Rectory, Ufton Court and Silchester Farm. And if you're not in the area for a wedding it's an ideal spot if you're passing through or here for work. The Hinds Head pub is a 2 minute walk, there's a cycle path to Aldermaston station with a direct train link into London, as well as access to the Canal and various cycle routes around the county.

Victorian schoolhouse lovingly and luxuriously restored. Quiet location at the end of a pretty no-through road. 2 bedroom suites and beautiful courtyard garden. Perfect country break or work base. Gigaclear fibre connection. Village pub, shop, and coffee shop within 5 minute stroll. Beautiful countryside including Watership Down and lots to see and do, including Highclere Castle, Bombay Saphire, Winchester and more. Owner can recommend excellent local restaurants. Parking for 2 cars.

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

Guests can visit Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey), attend the races at Newbury Race Course or enjoy the walks in the surrounding area including Watership Down.
