You can launch your paddle board or kayak right in the river about 300 ft from our backyard.

Riding lessons are available for additional fees. Multiple animals run loose on the property like dogs, chickens, cats... Feel free to walk around the common areas. There is access to the river and shared beach on the property. Kayak and paddle boards available to use after signing a 'release form'. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise or have a bonfire at night on the beach and watch the moon rise. Please be aware that broken glass can wash up from the river, so bring water shoes. The river is approximately 150 yard walk down a mild sloping yard.
