Beautiful condo in St. George! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Balcony overlooks the hot tub and pool, as well as basketball and pickle ball courts. Basketball, pickleball paddles and balls, and boardgames are available at the condo for your use. We love being on the 3rd floor for the view and because we can easily store our bikes on the balcony. There are amazing biking trails all over, with access to the Bearclaw Poppy trail (our personal favorite) right across the street!

The kitchen features modern white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. A circular island with two stools provides additional seating, while a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker are prominently displayed. Light fixtures overhead enhance the well-lit, spacious area.

Come relax in our beautiful remodeled condo in Sports Village. Stainless Steel, Granite Counter Tops, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Washer and Dryer. We have cable tv and Roku. Sign in to your Netflix/Disney+, Hulu accounts. Enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer: 2 large swimming pools (one for adults), two hot tubs, and a kiddie pool. Pools are heated year round. Tennis, pickle ball, and racquetball courts with equipment. Exercise room, pool table, Foosball, miniature golf, and ping-pong.

A spacious living area features a modern fireplace surrounded by decorative elements. Comfortable seating is provided by leather couches and an armchair, while large windows allow natural light to fill the room. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall opposite the seating.
