This is The One The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever so Popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breath taking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. Please do not send request for dates when they are already booked. Especially in the summer. If I have availability the dates will show it is open on my calendar. Pets allowed Sept - May. Sunset Cottage is half of our Beach Front Sunnyside Duplex The cottage shares both the beach front deck and back covered porch with the Surise side of the duplex. The walls are very thin and noise tends to travel between the sides of the duplex very easily. We ask our guest to provide their own linens or guests can purchase a linens package. The house does not have a driveway therefore parking passes can be purchased for an additional fee. AC window units are in the upstairs bedrooms only.

Charming Waterfront cottage

The charming waterfront home is directly across the street from a small private beach. Perfect area for families with young children. Private entrance to East Matunuck beach is just a two minute walk down the street. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars . This house has 1 queen size bedroom and one twin with trundle on the lower level (both bedrooms with TVs). The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
