The granny flat has a parking space that is located directly in front of the separate entrance. The apartment includes: - Hallway with separate toilet and shower, - Fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, - open living room with dining area, flat-screen TV, ... - Bedroom with wardrobe and double bed - Daylight bathroom with bath and shower, - Private terrace with sun awning and terrace furniture. Kleines Studio-Apartment Naturoase

Gönn dir eine Pause und entspann dich in dieser friedlichen Oase. Das Studio ist sehr gut für Kurzzeitübernachtungen geeignet. Es liegt sehr schön in Waldnähe und eignet sich sehr gut für Wanderausflüge und der Erholung in der Natur. Bayreuth ist ca. 30 min. entfernt und lädt zum bummeln oder Kultur genießen ein. Auch sind die Luisenburgfestspiele sehr gut in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Leider ist zu beachten das das Studio nur über ein WC verfügt, eine Dusche oder Wanne steht nicht zur Verfügung.

Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
