Families with children will find a refuge and plenty of space for children's games. Fishing enthusiasts will also find everything they need here. 100m from the bungalow there is a bistro with excellent beer and something to eat. 1 km away there is a large swimming pool with beach volleyball and water games and a playground for the little ones.

We are Michaela and Jan and we are happy to lend you our place for a few days. You'll have the whole place to yourself, enjoy the views, peace and privacy. We'll give you tips on trips, restaurants and other activities in the area. You can also enjoy a hot tub on the terrace, which is available at an additional cost.

The location of the apartment, overlooking the basilica, is perfect for cyclists and hikers. Garden furniture, sun chairs and barbecue are available in the garden and balcony. Also just relax in the hammock under the trees. There is a parking space (public electric car charging station 150m away). On site there are: bakers, butchers, fruit shop, organic shop, beverage market and wine shop. Supermarkets are 1 km away. In the town there are some restaurants within walking distance.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. A house with history - Built in 1860 as a Royal Forestry Office building in Mähring, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area. We are happy to share that part of the world with them.
