Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

A modern living area is highlighted by a comfortable gray sectional sofa and a white coffee table. Natural light enters through sheer curtains, illuminating the wood-look flooring. A small desk and a piano are visible, and a TV unit offers additional storage.
