Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

The apartment is 66 m², renovated and centrally located (thermal baths, spa park, city center within easy walking distance), in the spa town of Bad Hall. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a balcony and is accessible by elevator. Enjoy the spa park, the thermal baths, or visit the theater. The city of Bad Hall offers many options. Ideal if your partner is having a spa stay or you are planning a thermal spa stay. You can park bikes in the barrier-free basement compartment.
