Appartement de famille de 92 m2 , terrasse vue sur lac Piscine chauffée privée , baignade dans le lac . Parking et garage pour vélos . Mis en location quand mes enfants ne l’occupent pas. Le prix ,tel que déterminé lors de la réservation du séjour ,comprend l’utilisation de l’hébergement et des meubles ainsi que les consommations ( eau, gaz, électricité, telecom…) . 90 % du prix pour la location appartement er 10% pour la location du mobilier . Pas de services . Pas de groupes de jeunes .

Prachtig appartement in Zoutelande kort bij strand

Deze rustig gelegen accommodatie nabij strand, winkels en terassen met tuin is smaakvol en met zorg ingericht en een heerlijk verblijf voor een paar dagen of een fijne vakantie met tweetjes of het hele gezin. Fijne zithoek met loungebank, ruime eettafel en volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser en oven, grote badkamer met inloopdouche en wasmachine, 2 ruime slaapkamers. Terras in eigen tuin op zuid-oosten met BBQ, berging met 2 fietsen, kinderstoel en kinderbed, kortom volledig ingericht.

Weidse omgeving met prachtige avondluchten, waar u kunt genieten van intense rust. Bijkomende zaken ! -in juli en aug. verhuur alleen per week. Gezellig appartement in residentie Lispanne. Nabij de zee, talrijke restaurants en ontbijtmogelijkheden. Locatie is hier een grote troef, 100m van de zeedijk en Rubensplein (fietsenverhuur), 400m van het casino en de Lippenslaan, 1km van station en tram ... Privé fietsenberging (afgesloten lokaal) met oplaad mogelijkheid. Om een veilige Airbnb-ervaring te kunnen garanderen is het niet mogelijk om te boeken voor derden, ook staan we geen minderjarigen toe.

Het ruime appartement (>200m2) bevind zich op de 1e verdieping en heeft 3 slaapkamers geschikt voor een groot gezin of groep. Vanuit de woonkamer heb je een uniek uitzicht op de haven van Breskens.
