** No access to kitchen** Relaxing Family House Perfect location in the Hamptons, only three miles from the heart of East Hampton village. This is a separate apartment. Guests will have access to the entire main level of the house and a whole private entrance with no disturbance, and total access to the backyard/garden pool area. With a lovely entry, a living room - The owners live on the lower level separate apartment and entrance. Keurig, microwave, and a small refrigerator are available. Access to kitchen is not available. This rental has a private fenced-in garden, ideal for outdoor activities, including a barbecue grill and a private pool. There is parking for one or two cars. Please let owners know how many vehicles will stay in the parking lot. With just 7 minutes from Main Beach. Three beautiful bedrooms the master bedroom has a beautiful pool view. The other two rooms are sharing the second bathroom. Full and private access with no disturbance to the pool. Beach towels , 4 Beach chairs and a beach cooler are also provided for your convenience. The owners live on premises but often travel for work. While everything in this studio is brand new, the setting is fairly rustic—not your typical Hamptons mansion.
