The Nineteenth is spacious, modern, inviting and exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Featuring two large king sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and an expansive open plan living and kitchen area, The Nineteenth has been fitted out with all the necessary luxury items to make it your home away from home. All rooms open out on to an expansive deck and have views overlooking vineyards, farmland and a golf course. A courtyard with BBQ is located adjacent to the kitchen and living area.

The original homestead dates pre 1880 and has since been uniquely remodeled by the late John Gosney - a local icon and world famous in Nelson for his creative landscaping. The Woodsman's Den is a 2 bedroom guesthouse set in your own private corner of our 10 acre property. An amazingly secluded haven that looks out on lush native forest. Birch Hill Cottage is the original Head Shearer’s Cottage from c1900. It has been fully renovated & is a wonderful spot to come completely relax. We have planted 100's of trees and are working on establishing a garden paradise over the 11 years we have owned the property. We are continuously upgrading the cottages & land. You are welcome to come & enjoy & experience our slice of paradise. The cottage is situated on 8 acres of land & shared with the main house.
