The room has 2 beds (one folding), desk, kitchen, fridge, library and a friendly, romantic atmosphere. It's quiet and private. - It melts in the winter, I'll be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

Great starting point for hiking in the beautiful surroundings, or for biking. Great for fishermen and mushroom pickers. There are 3 dams around 3 kilometers. Sedlická 38ha, Trnávka 100ha and Vřesník 8ha. The cottage stands right on the banks of the Želivka River, where you can also fish. It is our pleasure to introduce you our cottage which can easily accommodate up to eight persons. The main advantage of this building is the enclosed courtyard, where you can use the pool, wine cellar, huge garden with well maintained lawn and kids playground. This small village is very close to all local must see places and provides absolute traveling comfort.

We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.
