Fully equipped house of 180 sqm built in 2016 in charming, older style where kitchen and social areas are on the ground floor and the four bedrooms downstairs. From the kitchen, you can reach the balcony on the upper floor, and there is a glassed patio below it. 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying closet. The forest where you find wild strawberries, blueberries and mushrooms are behind the house and in front you have a view of the lake and pastures. Below the house there is a swimming area. Rowing boat is included in the rental rate. Dogs welcome in this home.

Bovik

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. At Bovik, you live a simple life, in the heart of nature. The lake plot is completely secluded with a fantastic view of the lake. From the jetty on the property, you can take a nice morning dip, and if you want to go to the beach, there is one just a few minutes' walk away. A small rowboat is available to borrow for excursions or fishing. The water is collected in a pump, the shower is made in lake water and the sink has a beautiful view of the lake. Bovik is the dream for those who appreciate the simple things in life!

Havstomt Trosa

Welcome to our house with its own waterfront plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk the Sörmlandsleden trail that starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and is only 20 meters to the jetty and sea swimming. There is also access to fishing and boating. There is the possibility to use the following attractions: Access to a berth is available. Access to sauna raft for a fee. Tour by boat and driver for a fee. Water skiing, wakeboarding and water ring for a fee.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Charlottastugan

Charlottastugan ligger avskilt och erbjuder ett fridfullt boende omgivet av vacker natur och en kort promenad till bad och fiske i sjön Yngaren. Här bor ni rymligt i två plan med en separat gäststuga med plats för två personer. Bottenvåning med nyrenoverat kök och flera bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin. I vardagsrummet finns öppenspis och bäddsoffa. Badrummet har dusch, toalett och tvättmaskin. Övervåningen har ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett mindre sovrum med två enkelsängar.

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds including bed linens and towels).

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis next to Lake Långhalsen in an old 18th-century cottage that is modernly decorated on two floors. Living room with exit to the terrace, kitchen overlooking the lake, comfortable bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs with a total of five beds. Several patios with armchairs and sun loungers in all directions. Possibility to borrow a rowboat. You can use your own casting rod or fishing rod for lake fishing.
