In the heart of a wooded park, ideal cottage to get into the countryside. Located in the heart of Loches near the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo and tourist attractions. The cottage includes a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, shower, toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the park and 2 single beds, a mezzanine with reading corner. In the heart of a small village in Touraine, I welcome you to this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with a quiet private garden facing the church. Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.
