This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, Starz, Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and two bicycles are provided. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. This cabin is located on the shore of beautiful Lake Holly. It includes a kitchen/ dining room, living room, full bathroom, laundry room, a large bedroom, and one additional small bedroom. The large bedroom has a queen and a twinXL bed; and the small bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has three couches. Washer, dryer included. On the porch there is a charcoal grill; and there is a picnic table on a deck on the ground at the other end of the cabin. Wifi internet available.
