Es verbindet alte Sandsteinmauern mit urbanem Lifestyle. In direkter Laufumgebung befindet sich die Innenstadt mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Top Restaurants und Cafés. In ca. 25 Minuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum von Nürnberg, den Flughafen oder die Messe Nürnberg. Auch das Wanderparadies der fränkischen Schweiz ist nicht weit entfernt.

Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Nevertheless, all shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance. The house offers 70 square meters of space for four people in two bedrooms, which are located on the second floor. The large garden invites children or pets to romp!

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees).
