Thisapartment is part of a two-family villa with its own entrance and a small garden. It is 3.5 km from Innsbruck. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa that can be used as an additional single bed, a large living room with an open kitchen, with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator, a large table, and a very comfortable sofa bed for two people. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet. Covered parking space. Wifi.Völs has a good bus connection and in about 15 minutes you can get to Innsbruck. The house is in a private street, very quiet. The place is ideal for excursions, mountain biking, and very close to the best ski resorts (15 minutes by car), as well as for cross-country skiing. A few minutes' walk away, you can take beautiful walks along the Inn River. It is also ideal for visiting the city of Innsbruck, its museums (interesting ethnic museum, the Ferdinandeum Museum, the Bergisel museum), concerts, and theaters. In Völs, there are also a couple of restaurants and a large shopping center. A few minutes' walk away, there is a supermarket, restaurant, and bakery. The airport, as well as the central station, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR TOURISTS: The accommodation tax is €3 per night per adult (16 years +) for adult tourists. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
