Cozy room and gallery for home office

Do you love beautiful nature for jogging and relaxing? And are you also quickly in the city? Then it's perfect for you here. My place is located in a pretty village with an old church, where even Madonna visited. All around we have fields, hills, forests with views of the mountains. We are just at the bus stop. Zurich is 25 minutes away by bus and train. I live in my apartment and it has another room for one guest. This will help you find exciting conversation partners if you need it.

Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

Citycenter (5km) can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. Within walking distance of the hall stadium and 20 minutes by public transport from the airport. The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but you can share the garden/fireplace. The bathroom and kitchen must be shared with 2 other people

This apartment has roughly 50 square meters and is split into a hallway leading straight into the living room. The living room is integrated with the dining area and followed by a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom provides a comfortable queen sized bed for 2 and the couch is ideal for a relaxed evening or afternoon. The studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen is located in the lower part of our house, nestled in a quiet single-family home neighborhood. In 5 minutes you can reach the bus stop. Zurich - City, airport and Winterthur can be reached in 25 minutes by public transport. Ideal place to work and retreat, well-functioning Wi-Fi for home office. Long-term stays possible. Free parking in front of the house, shopping 400 m, restaurant within walking distance.

I live in a 4 1/2-room apartment in a quiet (normally), clean and safe suburb of Zurich. on the second (feels like third) floor with balcony, no elevator. Easily reachable by public transportation (every 15 minutes by day and 30 minutes in the evening). Night trains on Friday and Saturday. About 30 Minutes from the main station (if you follow the instructions and already have a tricket!). About 10 minutes to walk from public transportation.

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.
