It is 400 square meters with a 30 square meter pool. It has 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, and a large garden. It is furnished with new and very stylish furniture. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 minutes to the center of Çeşme. 15 minutes to Alaçatı center. There are sports equipment and a jacuzzi in my house. The windows that open onto the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.

Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you can use the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.
