Right in the building it is possible to try 3D printing in the workshop of the owners of the building. Possibility to arrange meals. Parking is possible in a shared garden. Possibility to use part of the garden intended for guests. It is not possible to bring pets to this apartment. From the bedroom there is a view of Prčice Castle.

The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.
