This new modern Villa with wellness area, INFRA RED sauna, Jacuzzia sea view, it's so spacious that it accommodates up to 10 adults +2 little baby /children,with a full comfort with all of the modern appliances, air- conditioning, 5 bedrooms with bathrooms, and another WC. It is situated on an 1600 m2 plot in a quiet area, the house itself being laid out over 300 m2. It boasts an imposing exterior, partly clad in stone, It has pool with 40 m2 with salt. The Villa and kitchen are completely.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.
