The location is ideal for a real family vacation, and the beautiful nature and beaches are only a few kilometers away, and in about 20 minutes by car you can visit the larger cities: Rovinj and Pula. The villa can accommodate 9 people, on the ground floor of this warmly furnished villa there is a living room with kitchen and fireplace, as well as a bedroom and bathroom, while the other rooms and bathrooms are on the floor of the house.

It is situated on an 1600 m2 plot in a quiet area, the house itself being laid out over 300 m2. It boasts an imposing exterior, partly clad in stone, It has pool with 40 m2 with salt. In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, shops, a promenade and the strict city center with the main street leading to the most famous city square of the Forum. The sea is a few hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are about 2700m away The airport is 10 km away from the accommodation.
