Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

In the summer season, the municipal swimming pool and the Mini-Golf course are open. Not far from the most beautiful village in France 2021, Fresnay sur Sarthe, 15 minutes away, and the Alpes Mancelles, 30 minutes away, which offer magnificent visits.
