From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, a kitchen and a living room. The apartment has a lockable storage room for skis, sleds and bicycles in the hallway of the house right next to the front door. Parking card for one car. Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
