The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Studio apartment located in Balmoral (just above the town of Spa) with huge windows to admire the view. Equipped with a brand new quality bed (queen size), a fitted kitchen, chairs, table, a bathroom, etc. It has a separate entrance, the guests can enjoy the privacy and relax. Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

The apartments are part of a monumental square farmhouse (1767) and are also suitable for a longer stay. The rent is based on a stay with 2 people. Our guests can use the garden with seating. There is an outdoor swimming pool, heated from the outside temperature above 20 degrees (in principle from April to November). The Jacuzzi is heated all year round. There is a common area and a small 1930s cafe, where you can have breakfast.

't Appelke Hof van Libeek with beautiful views

't Appelke is a spacious vacation cottage suitable for 2 people in the beautiful hills. This cottage is built in the old dairy barn and has a spacious view over our campsite and meadows. There is also free WiFi here. The adjoining terrace is fenced; This apartment is a short distance from Maastricht, Valkenburg and Liège. The MUMC+ and the MECC are 15 minutes away by car. In addition, it is an ideal base for hikers and cyclists.

The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay!
