This lovely house, located just 200m away from the sea, is placed in a unsurpassable location, in a very quiet zone and just 1Km away from the Vinaros city center, with all it's commercial activity.<br><br>The 120m² villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people in its 2 floors. The lower level has a large living/dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen, a restroom and the garden. On the first level you can find four bedrooms. In addition you will find 1 bathroom.<br><br>

Magnificent old village house fully restored. It consists of 4 floors and a beautiful terrace with wide views. Located in a charming and extremely quiet medieval village. Outdoor patio with barbecue. Hundreds of Km's to enjoy on a road or mountain bike. Region rich in history and gastronomy. In the summer you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool, which is only 3 minutes from the house, or go to the river for a swim. The ideal place to rest away from the city.

The beach house was completely renovated in 2020! Our beach house offers a beautiful sea view and is located right on the beach. Restaurants and downtown Vinaròs are within walking distance. You'll love this place because you can be in the sea in just a minute! Couples, families and solo travelers and all sea lovers will feel very comfortable here. Dogs are also welcome by arrangement (additional EUR 80 per total stay without food and accessories).

It consists of dining-kitchen with fireplace and exit to the porch, two double bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes), a single room, bathroom( with rain shower), winter dining room, private and community garden and parking. Renovated house in the heart of downtown, 300 meters from the beach

The listing is strategically located. It is in the urban center of Vinaroz, inside the pedestrian area. Very quiet at night. More than 150 years old, it has been lovingly renovated. They say it's very cheerful and original. Lots of peace and quiet. It also has a nice terrace to enjoy romantic nights. Central market 2 minutes away and walking to get to the beach is 4 m. It has stairs, not suitable for people with mobility issues.
