Thanks to the central location of this home, you and yours will have everything at your fingertips. The beach and promenade are just a few meters away, a 2-minute walk, as it is located in the heart of the city of Vinaròs. On one of the main streets with charm and full of shops, stores, terraces, to enjoy just by leaving the house. The apartment, newly renovated, is on the second floor without an elevator. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility as you have to climb stairs

This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
