There isn’t anything shabby about this shabby chic 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage! There is a full kitchen along with a microwave and coffee maker. All linens and towels are included. A large wall mounted TV and Sirius XM in the cottage. Also a back deck for morning coffee and relaxation! Located in the heart of Blue Hill village. Walking distance to Art gallery’s, coffee shops,Blue Hill Library, Blue Hill book store, fine dining and the town park! Also, Kneisel Hall is just a short ride where you can hear beautiful Chamber music! Take a day hike or a quick hike through Parker point trail to the local grocery store, go kayaking on Blue Hill bay or take a drive to Acadia National Park for the day. This is the perfect spot to experience Down East Maine, the way life should be! This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

The Nest - Cozy 2 bdrm each w/ensuite

The cabin is tucked into the woods providing opportunities for all day wildlife and bird watching. It feels secluded but is minutes away from Belfast, Lincolnville and Camden. We are a little over an hour to Acadia National Park and two hours from Baxter State Park (Mount Katahdin highest mountain in Maine). The cabin is extremely cozy and has well supplied kitchen. There are several outside seating areas with fire pits and a screen porch for a”morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

The house and stable, which once served the livery needs of Mt. Desert, are located on one of the major island roads. Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor and the 'Quiet Side' of MDI are all close by, but be prepared for summer traffic.
