This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

Supermarket 3 km away. 20 minutes from Angoulême and 40 minutes from Cognac.

It is equipped with a small kitchen area, a 140 bed, bathroom and toilet. Close to the national 2 min, 20 min drive to the center of Angouleme, 15 min to Ruffec. Baby equipment possible.
