We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

From the quiet residential area you can walk to the lake in 10 minutes, to the train station in 15 minutes and can therefore be ideally used as a starting point for any activities (e.g. with the Hochschwarzwald Card). The apartment is located in the middle of Villingen. The house was completely renovated and technically updated in 2023. It is located within walking distance of the main train station. This connects the Black Forest Railway from Constance to Karlsruhe. Freiburg can also be reached directly. So that the Black Forest as well as Lake Constance can be explored in the best possible way. The parking garage is a 5-minute walk and offers space with a daily flat rate of 10 euros.

5 minutes from the centre and 1.5 km from the train station. The 2024 built flat is part of a detached house on the edge of town. It's a good point to start a walk in the Black Forest, for example to a celtic tomb. Villingen's city centre is medieval. The city is protected by a wall and many houses are built right into it.
