Das Haus (ca. 150m2) liegt im Grünen, es gibt einen grossen Garten (ca. 3500m2).Ausserdem eine Aussenküche (Gasgrill und Gasherd) mit Pizzaofen. Innen gibt es eine offene Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen, ein Schlafzimmer und ein separates WC. Im ersten Stock liegen 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und 2 Waschbecken. Im Spitzboden war bisher das Spielreich von Kindern. Es gibt dort ein ausziehbares Kinderbett (zusätzlich) und einen Schreibtisch als Büroarbeitsplatz.

Nice room about 20 m² with bathroom en-suite in Breitnau-Tiefen in the Black Forest. You walk out of the door and you find hiking trails and cross-country skiing. A few minutes away are the lakes Titisee and Schluchsee and ski Lifts as well as Badeparadies Titisee. Das Haus liegt in einer weitläufig bebauten Streusiedlung, die Entfernung zum nächstgelegenen Haus beträgt ca. 50 Meter. Außer den Gästen wohne ich als Gastgeber im Haus, die fest vermietete Wohnung im Dachgeschoss hat einen separaten Eingang von außen. Der Gästezugang befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Ich als Gastgeber benutze den extra Eingang im Kellergeschoss.
