5-minute drive to Villeneuve-sur-Lot city center and a 5-minute walk to amenities. You will find the quiet of a residential area with easy parking. Fully equipped studio with Wi-Fi connection for single or couples with access to the garden. The studio includes a double bed with TV (Chromecast: Canal+, OCS, Netflix, Amazon, Disney), a small dining area, an equipped kitchen area and a bathroom with shower and toilet (no sink).

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Air-conditioned attic

This attic, converted in 2020, above my main accommodation, has completely independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!
