A unique house restored in 2023, dating back to the 16th century, built on 10th century ruins. It is located in the Jewish quarter, next to the Virgen de Gracia viewpoint, on a pedestrian street where silence and tranquility prevail. This small house stands out above all for the care with which it has been restored, trying as much as possible to preserve its oldest essence. A three-story single-family house where my eldest daughter and I live. The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. Bedroom, bathroom, country kitchen with kitchenware, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and coffee maker. Large patio. Residential neighborhood, quiet, spacious, with easy free parking and good connections. Bus stop in front of the house. Hospital and supermarket within walking distance.

Casa la Tercia. Downtown

Entire house, very central next to the Town Hall, no noise, easy parking. The house has four spacious rooms with windows to the outside and well lit. Three of them with double beds and another with two single beds. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, reverse osmosis water tap, Italian coffee maker, kitchenware and TV. The house has two bathrooms with a bathtub. A spacious living room with very comfortable sofas, TV, WiFi, and heating.

Grandma's House

Our house is located in Villarta de San Juan (140 km from Madrid on the A-4), in the heart of La Mancha, making it perfect for visiting and getting to know the area. The house, built by our grandparents in 1940, was completely renovated in 2018 and consists of two wings joined by a covered patio with a glass dome. With more than 500 square meters of built area, it is perfect for family or group trips. We also have 3 cribs and 2 extra beds.

San Juan de los Reyes House + parking (6-10 people)

Our house is located next to the Puerta del Cambrón, in the historic center of Toledo and has a privileged location, with lots of light and exceptional views of the Cigarrales de Toledo, the San Martín Bridge and the Church of San Juan de the Kings. It has parking for a large car. The best thing to do is forget about the car and visit the old town on foot. The cathedral is just 10 minutes walk away and Zocodover Square is 20 minutes away.
