On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and one with two queen size beds. On the second floor, accessible through a spiral staircase, this one bedroom with king size bed, on this floor you will find terrace with spectacular view and Jacuzzi.

Apartment in downtown San Miguel, excellent panoramic view because it is on a second level, and with a wonderful terrace (this apartment that is rented, the terrace is private), and having very close the craft market, churches, restaurants, clubs, everything a step away from you, you do not need a vehicle since there are parking lots 100 meters and 200 meters around, if you need to move around the city I have contact with taxis or Uber.

A nice, warm pool. It has a pool table and a foosball table as well as a 65” smart TV, blue ray DVD, two bedrooms with full bathrooms and parking for four cars. It has a garden set and barbecue.
