Complete house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located near major avenues such as the Tercer Anillo Periférico. 10 minutes from the magical town of Comala. Easy access if you arrive from Ggl or Manzanillo. 2 min. from the Villa de Álvarez Center. It is a gated community with security, closed circuit TV and is quiet. For now, we only have air conditioning in the master bedroom, and in the second bedroom, we have a floor fan.
