Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Luogo ideale per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza .Pochi sono i passi per raggiungere le due piazze principali, i bar I ristoranti, la farmacia ,il supermercato etc … Veramente tutto a portata di mano. Le spiagge sono li a meno di 4 minuti (zuccale ,barabarca ecc..) raggiungibili con auto oppure servizi navetta. Parcheggio gratuito a meno di 2 minuti a piedi.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
