Gemütliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Ruhelage. Ihr findet eine neu renovierte Wohnung mit separatem Zugang, Erdgeschoß mit Blick in den grünen Innenhof. Sie liegt nahe dem BELVEDERE bzw. auch ins Stadtzentrum sind es nur ca. 1,5km. Optimale Verkehrsanbindung. Es ist das eine tolle Wohngegend in Wien. Die Wohnung verfügt über Fußbodenheizung und Parkettboden, hat ein extra Schlafzimmer (Bett 160x200) und im Wohnzimmer noch eine Schlafcouch (160x200). Der richtige Ort, um sich in Wien wohl zu fühlen.

We just LOVE our newest edition to "Nikolai Homes". Located in a beautiful cobblestone courtyard only 200 steps from St. Stephen´s cathedral. Super central, yet very quiet. You will LOVE it too. This studio apartment is just around the corner from Mozart’s house in the historic part of Vienna. You can literally walk everywhere and there are wonderful restaurants close by. The studio itself is completely newly designed. Professional cleaning ensures 5.star cleanliness.
