No loadshedding at this flamboyant, warm house, situated in the best part of Cape Town - trendy Sea Point, a few meters away from the Atlantic Promenade and the main strip, which is dotted with shops, restaurants and cafés. The spaces burst with colour, art and greenery and they are conducive to relaxation and enjoyment. Although central, it is quiet and private and it offers plenty of outdoor living areas.
