The house consists of a living room (convertible sofa), bathroom, separate kitchen overlooking a south-facing enclosed garden with wooden terrace and fruit trees. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs.

The 90 m2 loft was fully restored in early 2019. It consists of a large living room with a wood-burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen open to the living room.
