Large and bright loft in the heart of Palermo, on the third floor without an elevator of a 17th-century building, on a street that leads from Via Vittorio Emanuele to the Vucciria. The central location means that every point of interest is within walking distance, from Piazza Marina to the Cathedral, passing through the Quattro Canti. The large living room has a separate entrance, private bathroom, small kitchen and balcony overlooking Via della Loggia; it has a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed.

A minimalistic bedroom features a double bed with neutral-toned bedding and ample pillows. Flanking the bed are two bedside tables, each with a lamp. A large mural depicting tropical greenery sets a serene backdrop, enhancing the overall tranquility of the space.

A few steps from the port of Palermo and the new Marina Yachting with the largest dancing fountain in Italy, the apartment is part of an ancient building completely renovated in the complex of the Royal Foundry, historic seventeenth-century arsenal of Palermo, overlooking the quiet Piazza Tarzanà! it enjoys a central position with respect to all main attractions of the historic center (a few minutes on foot), from the sea and is well connected to the main communication routes of the city!!

Palermo Rooftop Architect flat with 2 Fab Terraces

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.
