Spacious loft above garage building with one bedroom furnished with double bed and a loft with three mattresses. Kitchen (renovated in 2024) with cups and pots, coffee maker. Social and child-friendly sheep, cats and hens that everyone is happy to welcome some cuddles. Walking distance to shop, swimming area, bus stop and a great hiking area!

A steep staircase leads up to two small rooms and a toilet in the loft above our storage room/carpenter's shop (shower at the entrance). Fridge and water boiler available. Bed linen and towels are not included (available for rent SEK 100/guest). The guest cleans and throws away garbage after themselves. Pets allowed. Check yourself in with the lockbox. Bright and charming loft apartment with cozy and unique atmosphere. Apartment is centrally located in Drammen, and is suitable for both businesses or individuals. Including electricity, internet and otherwise fully furnished and with all necessary equipment. Free parking on your own courtyard. Only a short walk down to the city center and the university in southeast Norway at the campus of Drammen (about 15 min). There are good bus connections. The apartment is in a quiet and neat residential area with great views and nice surroundings.

Take a break and unwind in this cozy loft apartment overlooking the neighborhood. Here you can sit and enjoy the sunset. It is only 2 km to Vågsenteret, a small shopping mall with a grocery store, wine monopoly, pharmacy, etc. There you will also find Østmarka golf course. At our place you can borrow a canoe and paddle on Vågvann which also goes over to Langen. There are several campsites where you can stop and take a break. 4 min to the bus that goes to Oslo, Ski and Lillestrøm. You are right by the forest and good hiking trails.

A cosy loft apartment, 40 m2, with one of the best locations right in the hearth of Oslo - with the very best seawiew and sunsets right from your sofa. Short walking distanse to the Oslo sentral station, Royal Castle, Opera and harbour- area. Here you find the very best restaurants, shopping area, clubs&bars. The flat is in the 7.th floor , with french balcony. Wonderful sunsets. Roof terrasse in the 8.th floor, with 360 degrees view . Elevator in the building. Coffeshop in the first floor.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad.
