We are Aymesev Taş Yapı Tourism Company. You can find information about our company on the internet. Our house is located in Fener Burnu Marina, Çeşme. It is 400 square meters with a 30 square meter pool. It has 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, and a large garden. It is furnished with new and very stylish furniture. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 minutes to the center of Çeşme. 15 minutes to Alaçatı center. There are sports equipment and a jacuzzi in my house. The windows that open onto the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.

Traditional stone house in Armolia, Chios.

The house is located in the village of Armolia, which belongs to the Mastichochoria of Chios. The houses are stone, traditional and built very close to each other. The village is known for the clay pots that its inhabitants have been creating for centuries. About 100 meters from the house there is a supermarket, a pastry shop, a cafe, a grill house, a traditional tavern, 2 gas stations, a pharmacy and a health center, while the most beautiful beaches of southern Chios (Komi, Mavra Volia,...) are very close.

In 2022 the Byzantine home underwent a comprehensive reconstruction under the supervision of archaeologists. The original construction materials were meticulously used, preserving the structure of the home, which is a part of a castle built approximately 950 years ago.The main bedroom features queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed on an elevated wooden structure that was meticulously rebuilt to its original state. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.
