Very comfortable new bedding. Hot/cold air conditioning - WiFi 3 minutes to Intermarché 9am-8pm, gas 1 5 mins away: Aeronautical Museum Aéroscopia - Animaparc - 30 minutes away, Toulouse and its riches - Cité de l 'Espace, The Halle of giant machines, houseboat rides, etc.

Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.
