I offer my house for rent in order to enjoy the proximity to the beach as well as the English memorial. You will be in the heart of the "Gold Beach" landing beaches (Asnelle 5 km, Arromanche 8 km, Bayeux 14 km, Caen Memorial 23 km) but also close to the seaside resorts (Courseulles-sur-Mer 5 km, Luc-sur-Mer 13 km or Ouistreham 20 km) The house is 1 km from the English memorial and 2 km from the beach of Ver-sur-Mer. It has a very nice terrace, sheltered from the wind, facing south west!

The spacious living area features a red relaxation sofa and a glass coffee table. A dining table with wooden chairs is present, alongside shelves displaying decorative items. Soft lighting is provided by wall-mounted fixtures, and light-colored walls contrast with the wooden ceiling beams.

The gîte "Guillaume et Léonard", decorated in a style between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, will offer you 1 bedroom, 1 shower room with WC and a large kitchen open onto a dining room and a living room. The sofa is for relaxation. The gîte is located on the first floor of the 12th century building. Kitchen utensils and household linen are provided in the accommodation.
